my migraine is still there.
my nose is still blocked.
my eyes now feels as though its used to all that is happening to it.
my throat is um.'i dont even know how to describe'type of feeling.
i still dont feel any slight movement of the air _|_
and these whatever you call them 'factors'
so doesnt motivate me to even fall asleep!):
